This company is fantastic! After hurricane Sandy blew off the chimney vent over the furnace room on my roof, I was left with a hole in my roof, without heat, hot water or cooking gas. Getting a return call from anyone (I called 15 - 20 companies) proved very difficult. 
I received a call from this company, and Rich was out within an hour to assess damage, gave me an estimate immediately and ordered all the necessary materials to do the job the following week. 
He came the following week with crew and completed the job (which was big because the entire chimney vent had to be replaced due to asbestos lining in the old one), in less than 3 hours. They wasted no time in getting the job done, and it was thorough inside and out. 
Rich also met with the insurance claim adjuster, and worked things out with me regarding the check to be received from the homeowners carrier. 
I received awesome service and it was a truly exceptional experience.

We used Rich & John’s Chimney to do some repairs on our chimney last week. Our oil company uses them for all their work, so they told us to use them. The owner Rich was here with his team and gave us a price for installing a new chimney liner for our oil flue. This job was done on time, and the price didn’t change. Great job!

My neighbor has been using Rich & John’s for sometime. When my chimney company didn’t show up this year, I called them. They are certified, my guys were not. I didn’t know there was such a thing. They cleaned my chimney better, cleaner, and faster then my old company. And they were cheaper!!!
